Black Diamond Mission is a spacious and durable backpack designed for ice climbing, mountain and cold weather trips. With updated BD X-rip 420d fabric with UTS™ coating, this pack is now extra durable and will withstand season after season of mountain use. The backpack is really balanced to carry thanks to the SwingArm shoulder straps and the fully removable waist belt, flap and body plate. The new custom metal dogbone ice tool attachment provides a secure attachment for technical ice tools and mountaineering picks. The front ice bag and the hidden rope strap secure the equipment to the outside. Finally, the closing mouth opening offers protection against, for example, a whirlwind and light rain.
