Description
When the cracks become too narrow for ordinary wedges, it's time to use DMM's micros. This wedge is intended for those moments when it is better to have something between the climber and the ground.
IMP is an abbreviation of the English words Immaculate Marginal Protection.
These wedges can't be considered "bombs", at least in the same way as a well-placed wedge, but they can be helpful when surprising grip is needed in marginal pleats. They work better when it is possible to put many backups and balance them.
This is definitely a special man's gear, but might be necessary in a rack!
